Bridging the gap between

vision and outcome

Redink Planning is a small-town planning consultancy based in North East Victoria, Australia.

​

Cazz Redding is the Principal of Redink Planning and specialises in working with planners to ensure strategy work is developed in such a way that it can be easily translated into the planning scheme. Redink Planning has been operating since early 2006 and have undertaken work in the Melbourne metropolitan area, regional cities and towns, and rural Victoria.

Cazz has also been a sessional member of Planning Panels Victoria since 2009.

Cazz was made a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia in 2018 for her contribution to planning in Victoria.

This is evidenced by her involvement in both the State Planning Policy Framework  and Government Land Standing Advisory Committee.

 

While Cazz's commitment to the profession is unwavering, she also demonstrated her propensity to give back to the next generation of planners through education and mentoring. Cazz has developed and delivered a wide range of training programs and is actively engaged in PIA mentoring program.

 

Outside of work, Cazz also provides pro bono work to several not for profit organisations, all while being located 3.5 hours out of Melbourne in Bright and looking after her young son Jimmy.'
